Flavia Daniels

Flavia is a Computer Science student at Monmouth University and a Division I Women's Track and Field heptathlete who brings the same drive for excellence she displays on the field to everything she pursues technically and personally. Originally from Germany, she is passionate about problem-solving and has built hands-on experience across cybersecurity, data engineering, software development, and embedded systems. At Monmouth University, Flavia serves as a Researcher in Quantum Computing Education, contributing to the development of a block-coding platform designed to introduce elementary and middle school students to foundational quantum computing concepts. For her independent study, she designed a custom GPS station for ParkShark Intelligence, improving real-time vehicle tracking accuracy through differential GPS error correction. She also channels her creative side as a videographer, producing highlight reels for Division I sports teams. Her professional experience includes a Data Engineering internship at Indicate Data GmbH, where she built Python connectors, prepared technical documentation, and supported data workflow analysis. Prior to that, she interned at Aliseo GmbH, where she automated business processes and integrated ERP data into BI platforms. Flavia holds the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification from ISC2, has competed in the National Cyber League, and has earned both the Google Cybersecurity and Google Data Analytics certificates, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth at the intersection of technology and real-world impact.
