As Assistant Director of Career Access & Engagement at Rowan University, she leads initiatives that help emerging and established professionals build confidence, explore high‑demand industries, and strengthen the skills needed to thrive in an evolving workforce. With experience in career development, STEM advising, and holistic support, Helen has guided individuals at all stages of their professional journeys. She holds a master's in education in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Wilmington University and a BS in Psychological Science from Rowan University.
