Nana Yaw Boachie-Agyeman

Nana Yaw Boachie-Agyeman is a cybersecurity leader with over a decade of experience driving security strategy across Africa’s financial sector. As Head of Cybersecurity Engineering and Response at a major financial provider, he leads enterprise-wide initiatives across 36 countries, focusing on hybrid cloud, incident response, and security engineering for over 15,000 employees. A champion for cyber resilience in emerging markets, Nana Yaw has led cross-border security programs, improved incident response, and strengthened regulatory posture. He is also a dedicated mentor, supporting university programs and serving as a cyber pathways mentor with the ISC2 New Jersey chapter. A two-time ISC2 Security Congress session host, he holds certifications including CISSP, GIAC Public Cloud Security, ISO 27001 LI, and AI Cybersecurity Operations. At SECON 2025, he will share insights on managing cyber risk at scale and building resilient, compliant security programs across jurisdictions.
